As a Project Manager for APC Construction, LLC's Building Construction Division, Ray is responsible for the overall successful completion of this Division’s projects along the Gulf Coast. Furthermore, Raymond manages a team of necessary personnel to complete both Federal and private projects including Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, Quality Control Managers, and Site Safety Officers. This includes identifying project goals, needs, and scope during pre-construction. Raymond is also responsible for drafting and executing contracts to ensure the right team is assembled to achieve top quality results and success for the projects.
Raymond is tasked with managing all resources necessary for project execution to meet budget goals and fostering effective communication with owners concerning project status and execution. Prior to joining APC, Raymond earned his degree in Civil Engineering from the University of New Orleans in 2005. Since graduating, Raymond has gained experience in engineering design and project management ranging from structural steel applications, material handling systems, vertical construction, civil based construction, mechanical system applications, and many other disciplines as well.
