Operations Manager - Municipal Dept., Heavy Civil Division

As the Operations Manager of APC Construction, LLC’s Municipal Division, Keith is responsible for managing, planning, directing, and administering policies and goals regarding his department’s profitability, performance, work competency, and growth. Keith manages and directs the day-to-day activities of his department staff in accordance with established policies, practices, and procedures. Further, Keith assists directly in establishing long and short-term planning of objectives for our regional Baton Rouge office, manages overall planning and implementation of department projects, provides his department with appropriate staff, resources, and direction required to fulfill business development, financial, estimating, and operational goals. Prior to joining APC, Keith was in similar roles at both an oilfield service contractor and a large, heavy/civil contractor both out of Baton Rouge, LA.
