IT Manager

As the Information Technology Manager of APC Construction, LLC, Jay directs the development and implementation of company-wide IT policies and procedures and ensures that all technological aspects of operation are aligned with APC’s goals and objectives. Jay manages and maintains day-to-day operations and oversees the security of the company’s data and systems in compliance with the DoD’s CMMC program. Further, Jay is a certified FAA Part 107 drone pilot and a photographer specializing in marketing and documentary photography for construction.

Jay’s experience prior to joining APC includes a variety of roles ranging from HelpDesk Technician to Network Engineer, supporting local construction businesses through Managed Services IT companies. With 10 years of experience and an educational background in IT, Jay proficiently supports the needs and growth of APC in the ever-changing field of technology.
