The APC Federal Facilities Construction division operates primarily out of our Hyattsville, Maryland and Tamuning, Guam offices and is engaged in design/build and design/bid/build construction of government facilities. Typical projects include, but are not limited to: renovation and new construction of commercial and industrial buildings; sustainment, restoration and moderation of existing facilities and infrastructures; installations of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems; concrete and paving; fixtures and equipment installations; and energy management controls.
